Ask Dvorahji: Why Can't I just Enjoy my Life?

It's hard to "enjoy" a son's fatal accident a bad fall, losing your home, a loved one, or going to jail... Life does fall into place - but IT'S WAY, not the way "we" want it to show up. Live your life mean, "Accept your life as it shows up" knowing that "if it could be different, it would be different"! Live your life until you die, means live your life in peace, in faith that everything is in Divine Wellness.

Live your life until you die, means, relax, with the events in your life WITHOUT all these questions, rationalization & regrets. Understand that you are not the "doer, maker, planner, shaker" in this life. Understand that life is a mystery, an incredible, unfathomable mystery that you will never get a HANDLE ON...until you DO.

And the only handle you're going to get is that YOU DON'T KNOW AND SOMEHOW THAT UNFATHOMABLE KNOWLEDGE BRINGS YOU PEACE AND THE SEARCH ENDS. WHY? Because you accept life exactly as it shows up EVEN THO YOU DON'T LIKE IT AT ALL! and you can yell & scream at all the injustice and still DEEP INSIDE you know it's ALL COMPLETELY the way IT can ONLY BE AND THAT Love, Peace, enlightenment are YOUR NATURE.

Life unfortunately is Usually NOT "enjoyable"...It is h a moment to moment HAPPENING that swings back and forth in thoughts, feelings & actions that sometimes bring happiness or a blissful buzzzz.But enjoying life is a concept, and a 'meaningless word" to live up to.

There is this belief that everything will work out "your way" if you can just think & act "positive". And of course that's BullSh*T! A horrendous concept concocted by New Age Gurus, teachers, hopefuls and soothsayers (who by the way are usually the first to be negative but cover it up with constant affirmations).

LIFE will go your way, when your way coincides with IT'S WAY...IN OTHER WORDS, LIFE IS ALWAYS GOING IT'S WAY, regardless of all your theories, hopes and dreams.

Until this worldly illusion NATURALLY LET'S YOU GO, your best bet for any happiness at all, is to accept life as it shows up and know deep in your heart, that you HAVE DONE THE VERY BEST YOU COULD'VE, WOULD'VE AND SHOULD'VE.........Amen! Now you can go and enjoy your life!

I accept the fact that I have horns on my head and that I'm better looking then most Vikings!

It's "THINKING" about controlling life that's a thrill...the roller coaster ride is the thrill!!...you don't CONTROL ANYTHING - EVER! BUT it sure is fun/thrilling to think you do, isn't it? Gives people something to live for!

no wonder...the art of living has helped me a lot to take on the bitter truth of real world and has gotten me awakened to the core of happiness....i live smiling now....and do shut up....but when i look at my past which was full of bitterness and teasing i do get sad............and i start asking what is life for......(for a sometime though)..:|
